If we could give Chic Rustique 6 stars we would! The service was second to none from the initial enquiry right through to the follow up after the wedding. We had very high expectations (and so did our guests)! We are all hard people to please! We were absolutely wowed and awestruck at what Miriam and her team created for us on our special day. The attention to detail was immaculate and they truly captured the vision that we had dreamed about. We found the team very easy to deal with and communication was great. We expect fast email replies but even if Miriam could not reply straight away with an answer she always said when she would be able to attend to our questions. Miriam’s work was fabulous! We found her really easy to work with and the best value for money for what we were after. She did all the floral prices for our wedding including the bouquets, button holes, hanging piece for the restaurant and some other styling touches including foliage for the tables! I only gave her a very vague description of what I wanted because I don’t know anything about flowers, and she really turned it out!!! It was perfect!I only had to deal with one person for all the styling and hire of different pieces and she made it very easy for us!Her and her team worked hard in the background during the day, and we didn’t even notice when they moved pieces around after the ceremony! Very much like flower ninjas!!!I highly recommend her services!

Chic Rustique has styled four major events for the Margaret River Chamber of Commerce and Industry with a fifth one in the making. The themes of the events have ranged from burlesque to western to glitter and gold and now jazz. Working with them is always a pleasure. They're creative, professional and friendly. Event planning can be extremely stressful but with Chic Rustique you know you're in safe hands. I highly recommend them for any function.

I hate sharing bad reviews but feel it is necessary as my experience with Chic Rustique left a negative memory of my wedding. Despite meeting with the owner and being very clear about my requests (I work in corporate events) the staff on the day failed to set up:- my photo booth, including all the props I provided- $500 worth of hired furniture, leaving nowhere for guests to sit during cocktail hour- candles and toiletries I purchased to personalise the guests bathroomsOnce the bridal party had arrived and we noticed these errors it was too late to rectify resulting in a waste of money and effortWhat more, when I alerted the owner to this the following day, she was entirely dismissive. When i asked her backpacker staff sent to set up and pack down the reception the next day, it was clear she did not attend my venue at all on the weekend of my wedding, hence the break down in communication.There are so many talented wedding vendors in the South West, unfortunately i regret hiring this one.

Chic Rustique planned and styled our charity event, I found them very approachable and communication was fantastic, I could not recommend this company enough.The shed was transformed into a winters Wonderland and everyone that attended was blown away by the amazing creation, guests are still talking about the fantastic evening.We are now planning the next event!

We have been working with Miriam and her team for many years. Professional, friendly and always reliable. She can design and put together a concept for anything you require. Her work is beautiful and on point.

This floral styling group make promises which they do not keep. Photographs and instructions/ requests ignored.Skimping on material eg foliage for tables at $35 metre approx 60 metres was embarassingly scant.A budget was given and accepted with a quote which described what the money had purchased. The table runners were skimpy pieces of gum....nothing like the description in their quotation. Other areas satisfactory but nothing like the language describing what they would do in the quotation.With a budget of 5 figures there should have been no skimping by using scant greenery sourced locally!Gum and pepper tree at $35 metre unacceptable.
